Help Game keeps freezing when I smash opposition?

I'm managing Legia Warsaw in the Estraklasa and I find everytime I am beating a team around the 6-0 to 9-0 region the game freezes after the last goal? Anyone else have this problem it's starting to really annoy me as you can imagine managing one of the top teams in the country you'd be able to smash teams weekly and it is persistently happening

The same thing is happening to me two. I'm using Lyon and whenever I hit a 6th goal or above the game freezes.
