Chat The Infamous 4-4-2 Glitch

Something that I noticed last year as well as this year on football manager mobile is the fact that the AI likes to switch to a 4-4-2. Shouldn't normally be a problem, right? However, no matter what the score, team, match, or players, the AI will ALWAYS switch to a 4-4-2 of spme sort. This isn't a game breaker or anything, but it annoys me and takes away the immersion and realism. Does this only happen to me? Here is an image of the "defensive 4-4-2" that the AI switched to despite me being up 2-0. This happens a lot.

What Match Engine do you use?

Can you say this happens in every game? Also what engine are you using?

It doesn't really happened in every game and 10% of AI team don't switch to that. 

It's only that when you are trashing the AI or they are winning and they want to protect their lead they change to that 4-4-2 defensive.

I played against Lazio for example and they maintained their 4-5-1 altering only the team instructions 

It's on the EME by the way

While it is true that an AI team switches tactics sometimes a few times per match, I find that probably nine out of ten times the AI has switched at some point to the 4-4-2.

   For example, it was 0-0 against notts co and they switched to the 442. I then scored a goal making it 1-0 and for the last five minutes of the match they switched to a tactic with 5 at the front, obviously to get a goal back. So I believe that the AI usually if not always changes to the 4-4-2 and it takes a change in score to make the opposition rethink strategies.

I haven't kept exact count but I would say 9 out of 10 times at least this happens. (Enhanced Engine)

I don't think that happens every game but it is rather frequent for my liking.

Exactly. Not sure if this counts as a bug or glitch or just a flaw in design.
