This tactic was working well until 5-10 games ago when we started losing games against Leicester 6-3

Why you chose attacking mentality and open man behind ball?

Dunno should I turn that off or switch to a different mentality

My suggestion is to set mentality to balance and turn off men behide ball to start a game.

And adjust during the match. 

Men behind ball is a very defensive option.

Villa have alot of pace a well so use that.  Balanced with Men behind ball and Counter Attack on to start with is something you could try.

I agree with @rseven. I'm a few months in with Villa and doing OK, dip in form I think because of a LOT of injuries (Intensive Training)

Also in this game @Alari @Jack Joyce There was a missed (saved) pen for Villa but it didn't show in the Overview screen. Ayew was fouled and got injured for the pen, unsure if it's to do with that?
