I wanna translate, which can I use program for Android. I need open English.ltf file. Help pls

ive translate it last week to indonesian, but sadly when get update it back again to original one (i choose italian.ltf that i edit). not sure if there is an update for the game, that file got some update too or not. if file got an update so there must be work from scratch again i think. 

FYI u can open ltf file using text editor like notepad, i prefer notepad++ for better view or using quickedit for android

That is an update to the game. Did you back it up?

no, because i just try first. just few words i translate, then checked to game. when i notice it updated from game, even when i back up it, itll be different when there some changes to that original file.

I believe you are just changing the match engine lines not the UI.

I change it too, a few. i ve translated till lines number 4000s. when i try, there some changes in tactic UI, stats, etc. but not all

Try backing up then deleting the .lng files in the database folders.
