Are there any significant improvements in regeneration process since fmh2012? Or still a list of uids with a bit of random position/nation changes; bale swapping his high pa with random player when joining weak welsh club? If everything is going old way then is something being planned, at least kind of stats mixer tool?

They are definitely more random than they were in 2012.

What have i missed? Seems for me that i faced completely the same uid system in 12 13 14 15 16 versions
