Help About Best Manager of the year

Hi all I am just new to this game. I have a save for managing Man. Utd.. And I am able to win the league and UEFA champions league for more than 3-4 years consecutively. However I am still not able to obtain the title of best manager of the year and even for the runner up. What is the reason behind this and how can I obtain the title? Thanks
