Help Finding Regens

I'm having a tough time finding regens. If anyone could link some guides down below it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think there is a guide yet and I may consider doing one but this is how I do it.

I search by region then set the age to 16-21 then I look at the players and their history individually to know if they are really regens, it's time consuming but you could find someone good and yes there a some other regens but I prefer going for the young ones

This is a guide from 2016 as 2017 isn't researched yet but it should be similar.

I wasn't sure if I just couldn't find the guide or if there just wasn't one

I know this is kind of a cheat, but after two or so seasons into a save I use the FMMScout App and look for regens with high potential. You can tell that they are regens if 1) they are usually below the age of 19, and 2) if you do a quick google search you will not find them. So far this is the only method I know of.
