So I accidentally only named 7 subs instead of the allowed 9 in my Italian Leage match. Once the game had started, to my surprise I found there to be an extra 2 (unclickable) players on my bench, both called Don Biggins! Ive done it on purpose since, just to test, and any unnamed subs are always replaced with this name... strange!

Yeah I once faced Man United when they were going through a injury crisis (only GK, CB and RB had 100 stamina at the start of the game) and, as they didn't have enough fit players to sit on the bench, three Don Bigginses (is that how its spelled?) were on the bench. I couldn't click on them at all, which is different to the situation in international football where generated randoms can still be clicked on.

Interestingly the manager name in screenshots of FM18 is called Don Biggins. I'm guessing it's someone who works at SI.

I remember in the early 90's there was 2 Gary Stevens playing at the same time, one born in 1962, the other in 1963 and think they even played for England at the same time
