I dont understand why i cannot win any matches against olhanense. I m managing with Nacional da madeira and have beaten porto benfica sporting and won taca de portugal thrice.

Try playing 4-4-2  with Balanced mentality mix passing and Counter attack on . Don't press as it will leave hole in tactics & thus leaving your defense exposed . Try putting defensive player infront of their offensive player. 

If they play 2 forward upfront then put 3CBs along with LFB AND RFB . Tweak your tactics to outnumber your opponent.

My bogey team was always Swindon...

No matter who I was or what division I was in Swindon would always beat.

Even in the EPL if I drew Swindon in the League Cup or FA Cup, I would be heading out the competition...
