Help Game Feels Scripted And Low Amount Of Goals.

Before I try to explain my problem some info. I play on Samsung Galaxy Tab3. I use the EME. I do NOT use the large database and I loaded Italy(main), England, Spain and France.

Formations: 4-2-3-1 (main) with 2 DMs or 1 DM and 1 CM, 4-2-1-2-1, 4-2-2-2 and 4-2-2-1-1 similar to my main one but with Wingers pushed back to the middle. I mostly play on balanced and switch to Defensive and Counter Attack against bigger teams.

As soon as I finished my first season I noticed there was something wrong. Neither me nor the AI could score more than 2 goals during a game for the whole season. There were some rare 3-0 but nothing else. Goalkeepers would make ridicoulous saves and strikers would miss easy chances trying their best to keep the score cap at 2 goals, so the highest scoring game was 2-2. Action-packed 1st halfs and boring 2nd halfs seemed to be a theme as well. Many ridicoulous things happened during the season but I remember one very well. I was on bad form and lower mid-table playing top of the league Juventus at home. I played "negative" football hoping for 0-0 draw. Not only did I win 3-0 but I also dominated the game. I didn't make any sense. Most of my players were pushed back and I didn't even play counter attack. With the same thing happening again in the second season I switched from Key/Medium to Extended/Fast. By the 30th minute the score was 3-3 and it finished 4-4. It was weird to say the least.

I have 2 theories as to why this is happening. There is some problem with my device but I highly doubt it. Except from the fact that my battery is a bit rubbish my device is in a very good state. I have around 3GB free space and don't have weird crashes or things you would expect from broken systems.

For some reason I can't explain the EME is causing the problem, although it runs very smoothly. Should I try the OME and see how it works?
