Help Uploading A Tactic

Could somebody explain how to put players/team selections/results etc onto this forum as I have a great formation/instructions which is winning everything at the moment. I have taken Charlton to winning the premiership(and running away with it at present) and back to back Champions league winners with mostly bosmans. My highest transfer fee was 18.75m for Ginter(he can play DC/DMC/MC) . I am currently playing in season 2023/24
