I haven't got screenshots but I got a player called Jony from Spain for my Swansea save and he did pretty alright for me, that's crazy how you've managed to get him, he's world class!

He wanted a new challenge and he was only on about 15 grand a week so I gave him 90 grand to secure his signature. Money talks in anyone's language especially footballers ha ha. Yeah he's unreal.

I managed to get this guy in a vanarama north league, absolutely ruined the league for all the other clubs and before you ask I didn't use edit to get him I just didn't turn it off when I got it.

I went to buy him when I was doing a career in Westham but he wasn't ask good for some reason with stats.

If I can remember it was weekly because this was around the time when I unlocked the edit and was messing around with it, but I never used to edit to edit this guys stats, bought him off a rival in the same league as me!

From what I remember he had a pre-contract agreement with Chelsea but the transfer was cancelled as the player didn't pass a medical. The first time I've ever seen that for a Bosman free. That gave us an opportunity to step in and test the waters with an offer.

We had won the FA Cup whilst we were in the Championship which was also incredibly lucky - we played 'beatable' opposition in every round. This meant despite it being our first season in the PL (2021/22) we had a better reputation than a standard smaller team who had just been promoted. Also, the FA Cup win meant we'd qualified for the Europa League which probably had a big impact. Furthermore I'd sold a player that summer for around £25M so I dumped a lot of it into the wage bill and nabbed him a few days before his contract expired.

It was quite honestly the perfect storm.
