I'm managing Manchester United and Zlatan's contract is expiring and he doesn't believe the club can't meet his demands how to fix this problem

All I can think of is sell some deadweight to free up wages, or put transfer budget into wage budget. Is he worth the wages anyway? How old is he on your game?

He is 35 years old,and he earns 220.000 per week

He will likely retire in the next 2 years anyway, maybe even in your next season, have you got a large transfer budget ?

I have 19.41 million euro's left and i'm thinking to buy Harry Kane to replace him. Do you earn money by winning trophies?

Yes, the more you win or exceed expectations,the more money you earn.

If you achieve a reasonable amount success, say if you win The Fa Cup, and the league then you might get a 10m boost, but it depends. I would put a bit of that 19 million into wages, or just let him go and save yourself 220,000 for Harry Kane

May I Suggest Maxwel Cornet, or Aldo Kalulu, they may not be in your game if you don't have the French league loaded but they are good prospects

Yeah i agree with @Oi Oi zlatan is going to be 36 soon and his stats will drop much faster, so its better to juz invest in a younger striker or u can deploy rashford or martial upfront. I believe rashford shld be ready to replace zlatan by the time u hit the second season of ur save

I get that often with aging players early in the season. By the time you hit April/May he'll give in and agrees to much lower wages. 

In any case, players like Zlatan are exceptional. Try keeping him in the squad until he retires even if you're not playing him much. No fuss about lack of playing time and youngsters look up to him and learn from him on the training ground. You could even offer him a staff position later on. Adds flavor to the career.

No i want to complete the season with him and then sell him.
