This is quite unrealistic, for FMM they aim for a Football Manager simulation where as what you are describing would not be in the remit of a Football Manager at all. It has been on other games...but those are also games that allow you to buy houses/cars. It seems like fluff to be honest and not in the mantra of realism as opposed to the other games.
