Help the reserves

Hi ..

How could i pick a good player from the reserves ?

How do you bring them over to the 1st team?

How do you evaluate a real?grey? player from the Reserve team?

I'd say look at the position you're thinking of bringing someone over and:

1. Check if they'll be able to get consistent playing time

2. Get the average stat totals for that position's main stat and compare from there

This is going to sound bizarre, but my main way of picking reserves (16/17 year old) and giving them contracts is if they have no RED at all, plus they have to have at least 10 Stamina, I then bring them alive as such and Loan them out, I would say out of every 5 players at least 2 become first team players for me, in the lower divisions they sometimes play for me straight from the off, and I have get proper gems who become world class players after moving on. But as I say, that's how I do it, others will look at it different.

Also if you move leagues/countries remember when you produce 4-5 youngsters in club nr one and loan them out, they would often want to join you later on on loan or you can buy them when they are good
