Help Best lower division teams to manage

I'm looking for a new challenge. Actually doesn't have to be a lower division team, just not a top team/not a team you can take to the Champions League title in 2 years

Bytovia Bytow - Polish Second Division

Perth Glory - Hyundai A-League

Maritimo - Portuguese Premier League

Dynamo Dresden - Bundesliga.3

Parma - Serie C

Havre Athletic Club - French Second Division

Haverfordwest - Welsh First Division

Bohemians - Irish Premier League

Morton - Scottish Championship?
