Help which attribute leads to training upset?

I wonder if work rate or professionalism or a combination of these 2 attributes lead player upset on intensive training?

thanks, i'm not sure if unique attribute lead to unhappy, i noticed

1. e.g.  A player with 14 professionalism is unhappy with training regime, but another one with 12 pro is happy

2. player's low stamina can lead to unhappy with training regime as well.

It's definitely not any of the visible attributes, unfortunately.

That's why i always say this game's engine is not so transparent that we can't identify challenge in the game clearly.

"Adapting" is another big part of impact. Could you check?
