Help Squad harmony

Recommended Posts

Squad harmony is usually down to training or you treating a player unfairly. Can you go into an effected players profile and show us the reason they are unhappy please? 

In most scenarios like this, offering them a new contract gets rid of the unhappiness. Only issue is, your wage budget could skyrocket if not helpful, so I reccomend only using this method for your top players.

• Praise your players after good performance.

• Don't sell your prize -assessed players ,it drops team morale & causes unrest 

•Keep an eye on every players personal review.If they are unhappy with training then change it , if problem persists try giving him new contract.

• If any player feels like big fish in small pond then give him new contract or if they refuse sell him otherwise it will decrease Squad Harmony.

•Rotate everyone in your squad.

•Don't fine any player immediately, first give them warning & then you can fine them.

As i can see you've signed him recently. So he'll take some time get settled.

Try Giving him new contract that might settle the problem immediately.

Or try Giving him place in playing xi on regular basis .

Firstly, great signing :D

I think what Nick said really, give him a few weeks/months to settle, and make sure he is getting regular game time.

That's my pick as well as I never bother to praise anyone. They're paid to do a job like anyone else. I feel like when I praise these egos I'm standing in front of a kindergarten class. Spoilt brats. Perform or leave :D

@Kuro I always ignore it. He apparently disagrees with one of your earlier decisions but who cares is my thinking. The only thing players should focus on are their performances in training and on the pitch. It'll fix itself over time, nothing to worry about.
