Challenges Plug'n'play challenge part 1

Hi guys. I'm new hear but I would like to start a challenge. It won't be my challenge but yours. So here are the rules...

I'll use 8 player tactics with one team in different saves. The challenge will last for 3 seasons and starts in Germany. Our team is Kaiserslautern which is in the second German division.

Post here your tactics and training. I'll try to find suitable players for it and pick up the best squad for each match and make substitutes.

match engine is eme. I won't move player positions and make tactical changes during the match (only substitutes for poor playing or tired players)

Challenge starts on Wednesday or there will be 8 tactics here.(1 tactics for each user) If there won't be enough tactics from players I'll use tactics from tactics forum

Welcome to this great community.

Im very interested to see if you will have 8 tactics as you need to start. I will back you, mine is under the tactics section, the newest one i did post ?

I need someone to test my latest killer tactic with lower teams so great timing and love Kaiserslautern. Nice choice.

Can't post screenshots until later tonight so you'll have to do with a written transcript :)

Our transfer targets are 2 wingers,3 cm 1 target man and 2 poachers. Out all youngsters, wingbacks, 1 cd 1acm and 1 advanced forward.

We don't need to force our transfer campaign. Our squad is pretty suitable for his tactics, so we will search for 3-4 players to improve our current  team

Your main striker is przybilko. He is a target man but he has both pace and power stats to be a good complete forward. It's very difficult to find a suitable cf in lower leagues.

Difficult roles like center inside and 2 wide midfielders but we suited to this tactics . 1 win and 1 lost,2 different matches.

As for now I will use tactics from tactics forum. But there are 4 places rest post here and you will be added into challenge.

Whoa!! That's one VERY offensive tactic.....How do you to keep your opponents restricted in terms of shots??The midfield is made up of APs so how will you win the ball back if you lose possession??

It's not something Iv gave much thought it just throws up good results, this tactic was a simple 4-4-2 wen I started and it evolved dramatically over one & half seasons. It does though up the odd heavy defeat but all in all it dominates almost every game with possession and shots and my teams pretty average compared to most...for example these are my last two results..lost to Brighton, followed up with superb win at Arsenal

Welcome on board Taff. For some reason random generator created only 1 friendly 3:3 with Bremen. We had good possession but Bremen was closer to win the match. Our keeper gave a solid performance with 9 points

Well for some reason this year's game engine is more favorable to overloading tactics...I myself have created one....But still needs some tweaks...

Thebugel is ready. We had 1 friendly and lost to third div team. Players were confused by unusual tactics. However we had 45 shots with 27 on target
