You may not agree, but it's a tough one. Something about the Scottish division is oddly attractive, it might be the fact the national team is lower ranked, meaning we can build the nation almost from scratch. 

The idea of B Teams is really attractive though, really not sure. Am tempted to wait to see what others think, but will kick it off and say Scotland.

it depends on how many teams we get if scotland is picked

but the nations reputation can be edited even if england is picked. so england would be low rep so we build from the ground up. also with england, players will have silverware to win

Maybe using an editor you could create a new league with no Promotion/Relegation and have B Teams in there? 

Good point. Scotland has a stranger structure aswell though, I feel it would be more interesting.

Englands works well with having more champions league spots available etc but Scotland wins it for me as it worked well there last time
