Help Formation, roles, and instructions keep changing

I don't know why but every so often my tactics randomly change without me knowing. I'll go from a 4-2-1-2-1 to a 4-2-3-1 and my wingers turn to inside forwards my midfield all goes to ball winning mid and my full backs to wing backs. My instructions also go from normal tackling to committed and deselects counter attack.

It usually happens for long term saves, usually 10+ years in. It's a bug. It was said to be fixed, but all the fix did was make it take longer to happen. My temporary solution is to save tactic and load tactic every single time, by no means a solution but saves you the trouble of manually changing it everytime.
