Have you ever tweaked the passing focus?

Which passing focus do you recommend when mixed is no longer effective? Does centre passing focus on the 2 APs or the BBM/DLP?

Have a look at page 2 in this thread. There's info on in-game passing focus tweaks I use and it works pretty well for me.

Can I just say, I'm in my 4th season now with Real Madrid, and the formation/tactics have been no less effective than when I was in the 1st season.

Also, I found that having a Sweeper Keeper was helping me keep far more clean sheets, and I think Hugo Lloris was one of the Goalkeepers suggested by BatiGoal as being good at that role. So perhaps maybe try that for a few games? It may just end up being the difference between winning and losing.

I don't know if you can find a winger with better crossing stats than Son too? I know that was one of my early weak points. Does he get you many assists?

Well my left & right wing/IF, Son & Lamela have Crossing of 14; I'm in January & Son so far made 8 assists in 24 matches in season 2; reason to splurge on something like Ocampos?

Or whether Hugo is a goalie or SK

Batigoal: how frequent during a match do you check the opposing formation? Guess comprehending how passing focus work is still beyond me(wish there's a guide somewhere) Unless only world class teams/players can effectively implement this tactic for more than 1 season?

Everything just seems to work better generally with good teams but average teams profit from it as well. It's time-consuming so I don't bother when I'm the stronger team. But if I'm the underdog I generally check 3 times; mid-1st half, half-time and mid-2nd half.

Currently using this tactic ( with one or two tweeks- due to player suitability) with Forest. Smashing the Championship and great cup run beating Leics and Liverpool. The best tactic I've come across in the game! Thanks Batigoal

Is this in your 1st season? To properly gauge a tactics I suggest using it for 3 more seasons to see if season 4 is still as effective as your 1st season, or have AI-managed teams 'learned' & adapted to tear the tactics apart

I've joined the community just to post in here and state that these two tactics have worked wonders for me personally. I have taken Welling to League Two in six seasons winning the Conference North and the National in my second season in both leagues and have followed up with winning League Two at my first attempt in my fifth season! 

Currently 7th in League One and have turned down all sorts of jobs on the way! Excellent work!!

Great tactic but my striker(Martial) keeps finding it hard to get goals. He can go on a run of 4 matches sometimes without scoring. He had a lot of goals the first season I used the tactics but he has been terrible this second season.

Terrible? Define terrible pls.

Just make sure those 4 providers behind him - 2 AMCs (creativity, passing..) and 2 Wingers (pace, crossing..) among others - are top class, and refreshed often during games with quality subs. If these 4 are top then Martial ( role: AF - alternative: P ) can't score fewer than 50/season even if he tries his best but he should score a much higher number when the team clicks.
