Help I have a decent squad but find it hard winning

I almost got sacked last season so i hard to sort out transfer funds by selling some players to get much better players. But i am not winning yet. If i dont perform this season i will be sacked i know. Please guys help me with a inning formation. I ended at 10th position last season and would like to do better.

Possibly have a look at your stats from those games and see what your team is struggling at (Possession, Passing, Finishing).

From there change the squad to improve on that problem.

Feel free to provide screenshots of the stats from those games and I would happily provide you with more help.
