Chat Workrate. What to look for.

The lack of a workrate stat always confuses me on FMM as its one of the stats I look for on the PC version. It might be that the match engine doesn't recognise work rate as a thing and all players work as hard as each other in the game but I always look for two stats instead.

Team work: I feel that a high stat here shows a good character that is more likely to work for his team mates during the game.

Stamina: The higher this stat the harder a player can work through the game.

Maybe I'm over thinking something that's not in the game.

What do you guys think?

So yeah stamina is great as that will help with keeping up the performance and teamwork does help. But the engine is simpeler then we sometimes think, so workrate like nah your overthinking imho

I almost certainly over thinking  I'm sure we are all guilty of that sometimes and it probably helps to compensate for the less realistic bits in the game.

As already covered it's almost impossible to know what's real and what's in our head regarding how this game works. If work rate is I thing it surely will be linked to stamina and teamwork though.
