When i was playing, at the end of season this happens :

Just what this mean? We will get lower Budget or what? and what things can make this happens?

It's to do with brexit, leaving the European Union

Not quite sure but I imagine it lowers budgets maybe someone else has the answers to that bit

It's part of the game moving towards 'realism'.

Although that kind of thing is unlikely/rare in real life.. it could happen so the game is simulating that.

I had it for westham, My transfer budget was about 60 mil but dropped to 40 mil the next season
