Help Facundo Colidio missing and few other wonderkids

Hi everyone, i noticed that facundo colidio is missing on my save and few other wonderkids so is there any way I can fix this?

The players available to you depend on the leagues you have loaded and if you have large database on (this can be done in settings before setting up the game). 

[Scratch]

I know he's available in the Scotland only database (ie no other leagues) with the November data set (but he dropped out with the Feb data set) with Large Database turned on. Not sure where else he's available, but he seems pretty rare.
