1992. They year when Bill Clinton wins the presidential election to become the 42nd President of the United States, Whitney Houston released “I will always love you” and the most important of all. The Premier League.

Since the Premier league was created only a certain few clubs have won the competition and arguably one of the greatest teams in English football have still never won it. Liverpool are yet to get their hands on the prestigious league title even though they dominated football before it was invented. Even with world superstars such as Luis Suarez, Ian Rush and the great Stevie G, they were still unable to obtain the Premier league.

In 2005 Liverpool made history by completing one of the greatest comebacks ever in world football and now to this day it is still being talked about by fans all over the world. One Night In Istanbul.

Season 1

So it has been roughly 15 hours since this game was released and I have been playing it none stop since I woke up this morning and I am in love. The new tactical layout has allowed me to get my players playing just how I want them and somehow, they are actually being sucessful. Or are they?

It wasn't great at all, I managed to get all the way to the final and I only went and got a 116th minute goal scored into me. As this was the first competition I was expecting a bit more passion from the boys giving the fact they've not won a fecking trophy since 2012. This also scared me for other competitions.

FA Cup

 1 Trophy down! I managed to get to the final of the FA Cup as well and unlike in the Carabao Cup I managed to lead the boys to their first trophy since 2012. Not only did they win it, they also done it in style beating Spurs 4-1 while dominating them all over the pitch.

English Premier League

Finally. After 26 hard years Liverpool finally get their hands on the Prem. The boys won it in complete style only losing 1 game the whole season to Southampton and winning it 6 games in advanced. Now the big question. Did we win the Champions League?

Champions League

We were coming up against out hardest opponents yet. Who are they you ask? The German Beasts Borussia Dortmund. In recent years they haven't been performing as well as they have lost many of their star players but in game they were currently holding both the league and the cup in German football. So, did we win?

I guess that double in German football means absolutely nothing as we've just fired 6 goals by Dortmund and won the Champions League. Of course we had to win this with pure class as we had to show people that we are clearly still the best team in world football.

Personally I feel like we should of had more players in this team.

So obviously I have completed the goal of the save in the first season so now I have two options. To continue this save with Liverpool or do I do a more challenging save with a different team. I'll post my tactic soon. Personally I feel like the tactic wasn't that great but I'll allow others to try it out.

Nice season there mate,I don't know if Liverpool's shaky defence is reflected in the game as I haven't bought it yet , but you still did a nice job bringing in reinforcements and winning the treble.Atleast I now have the satisfaction of seeing the Reds win something in the game even if I didn't win it.I would recommend going on a journeyman save or start a new save with a lower league team as it would be more interesting to follow unless you want to do some player based challenge in which case you already have a good base of a team to build on.
