Help Database and Scrapbook

Hello, I need help and it would be great if you help me !

I explain, I would to have a big amount of players from the Mexican league but for this I need to pick the MLS and I would to play with France, Spain, England and Italy.

1- So first question, there is a way to increase the database with the players that play in Mexico without select the MLS ?

According to me, the only way to have those players, it's adding them to the scrapbook and export.

The problem, I don't know if I found a bug but I can't export more than 2 players...

2- Moreover, someone knows how to delete an exported player ?

On FMM17 You could have deleted the exported player from User Data folder. 

Not sure how is it done on Fmm18.
