Does anyone know any good training settings to improve players? Thanks

I keep things simple. Default training for lower league clubs as players will improve sufficiently thru game time and for top division teams I up the fitness in each schedule to intensive. 

I've had two 'weaker' players voicing complaints re training regime but this message surprisingly disappeared over time. Perhaps SI have tweaked a couple things re training.

Has anyone found any training settings which work yet, I have tried both the FMM17 intensive training and the intensive training from the other site in my North Ferriby save and most of my players are now unhappy all the time.

My advice is don't do IT with lower division teams such as North Ferriby. The training facilities aren't up to par and the players not good enough to handle it. IT should be used with top division teams only. Better stick with default training to avoid ending up with an unhappy squad.
