Help Player Role duties

I have been trying to understand some differences in player roles eg like BWM,  DM, BBM, CM, And so on,  i want to know what are the duties of players in this role...  Thanks

Have you read the in game descriptions of what the roles do? I'm not sure where they are on 2018 but typically an "i" incon is on the role screen.

There is no roles screen anymore, the functionality has all been moved to the formation tab of tactics. When selecting the players' roles, ensure that descriptions are showing. These will then be showing under the roles.

On the tactics screen, click the rectangle above their name twice - descriptions for each role appear

Yea that i know,  but their discription didnt tell the difference,  eg how can one know the difference between DM and an Anchorman, what are they allowed to do and not,  

Am asking this because i need some one who can slow the game down for me by holding the ball for a longer time before distributing.

I have the same question about the player role descriptions which just tell a "summary", no any details or key attributes of the roles
