Help Transfer budget rollover

If you don't use your entire transfer budget does the remaining amount rollover to the next season or do the board just allocate a new amount and you lose any budget not used/saved from previous year?

It's the latter.

Before starting new season, convert your transfer budget into wage budget, else you lost all your money.

Oh, that actually works? Never thought of that

I don't actually think *all* of it rolls over, it did a couple of years ago but it doesn't seem to have such as big an effect as what it did.
