Help "Austerity Measures" challenge tips

Any tips or trick maybe for this kind of challenge on FMM2018? It become more difficult I guess.

What I would suggest is take a look at your high-earners and decide if they can fit in with your tactic. If you can live without them take a loss shifting them on

Any suggestion maybe for the team? As far as I try, it would be very hard (almost impossible I guess, like Messi at Barcelona or Neymar at PSG) to sell high-earners.

I'd say a decent Championship side(someone like Ipswich or Bristol City)
