I am after the San Marino job as my aim is to make them world beaters, how far into the game will I get offered it (I am San Marinese)? And can you manage club and country on this game? Not seen it mentioned anywhere.

You need to have at least 50 players from a nation to be able to manage a nation. I doubt their is any where near 50 San Marinese players in the database whatever leagues you load.

If you want a national team that is a challenge why not try Bermuda who are available if you load MLS at the start of a save.

You can manage a club and country at the same time.

Argh, what a wounder. Created 22 San Marinese players of varying ability in the My Club mode, is there still no way it would become available?

Perhaps with the in game editor you could change a bunch of players who arent capped by diffrent countrys nationality to SM and that might work. Never tried it so don't know if that would work.
