Tactics 4-3-2-1 dominating tactic

Hi all. 

 

I've been testing a number of tactics in a number of different leagues now and have come across one I think will help those in need of tactic help. 

 

The 4-3-2-1 is a simple yet very effective tactic. 

 

Training methods are nothing special so players progress / adapt based on gameplay and form. I've juat sold Stuart Armstrong for 25 million and rejected 33.5 for dembele earlier in my season. Armstrong played AP and in 25 games hit 17 goals and 19 assists. Dembele currently 30 games 37 goals 16 assists. 

 

As u can see even hammered sporting and beat man city comfortably using this formation. I only started using after 2-1 defeat to man city so results speak for themselves. 

 

Like I said I hope this helps those in need of tactic help.

This looks impressive, I’ve been looking for a solid looking tactic with more than just a 3 back line ... have you used it with any team/division yet

I like shapes not of the norm so I'll happily give this a go. Just starting my fourth season with Leeds and need something fresh.

This tactic works tho I use it against big teams in my Celtic save.

So I absolutely love this tactic, I’m into my 3rd season with Everton ... finished 2nd in my 1st, won the league and and runner up in champs league in my 2nd season and I am just into the new year in my 3rd, Sandro has been amazingly and has won all the awards possible! Thank you for sharing this tactic.

I get good player ratings from this system but I'm losing more than I was, which I find bizarre given the match ratings my players get.

I tried this on my Palermo save..wingers assist and score, AP does the same..good AF can ruin anyones day..if anything defence is bit leaky but nothing terrible, great tac

Tried this a few more times with different teams and just can't get it going.

Going to do a season with my beloved hearts with this tactic first 3 games and scored 8 goals

Possibly anything to do with training ? Motivation etc
