I would like to see Croatia win it as I love an underdog, they have some players I like in Modric, Rakatic and Mandkukic (although I didn't like them very much Wednesday night!) and being English I'm not really going to support the French. 

Saying that's it heart vs head as I want Croatia to win but I think the French will have too much for them and will win it.

I went for the French from the get go, so im sticking with them.

I’d put Lukaku before Kane, he didn’t exactly have a great tournament! Scored against teams you’d expect him to score but otherwise he was bang average in my opinion. Maguire should no way be in there either! You mental 😂

I’d also put Croatia’s right back in before Pavard, Vrsaklijo or however you spell it. 

Scrap that! Trippier should be in there at RB!

Best Player - Mbappé, he had an awesome tournament from start to finish. At such a young age he showed so much maturity in his game. A real gem

Best Goal - Nacer Chadli vs Japan, I love a team goal and this one was just perfect and in the dying seconds of the game too

Worst Player - Neymar, didn’t give a good account of himself and was at fault for his countries elimination in my opinion

Best Player - Modric

Goal - Pavard - For team goal.I'd go Cavani vs Portugal. 

Worst player - Willy Caballero

Why Lloris - He made some massive saves to keep France in the tournament, sure he had a howler but he was immense. 

KDB Vs Golovin - I'll admit the surprise factor is an influence 

Why Ronaldo - He carried a poor Portugal side and was among the top scorers, Lukaku was immense against Argentina but apart from that I think Hazard outshine him.

I didn't watch every game, but regardless,, here's my team of the tournament: Pickford; Trippier, Granqvist, Vida, Nagatomo; Herrera, Modric, Golovin; Inui, Cheryshev, Mbappe.

Best player - Modric. Without a doubt he was the dove trooping among crows in the Croatian team. Not to say the other Croatians were bad, but Modric was phenomenal.

Goal - Pavard's goal was just beautiful. He had the skill and the nerve to hit a half-volley from that far out, and to get it to spin with an outside curl into the side netting. That is as good as you come.

While I do agree that Chadli's goal against Japan was the best team goal, I do love a good long shot so in my opinion Pavard is supreme.

Worst Player -  Japan's goalkeeper (can't be arsed looking him up) 

He was bang average. He should have saved that looping header against Belgium and ultimately that cost his team. Wasn't his only mistake of the tournament too.

Modric went missing tonight though, and he wasn’t exactly brilliant against England. Perisic stood out in both the semis and final as their best player for me
