Hi guys. 

Posted on official forum but it’s pretty dead over there. 

Anyway I got the message to say re a foreign investor, choose yes but my budget hasn’t increased and the unlockable isn’t showing under preferences. 

I’ve managed to go back to an earlier save and then saved it when it asks you the question. Have declined it, deleted the game and reinstalled and tried again, reset achievements etc, just nothing. 

Anyone else come across this? Ta.

Try finishing the season? It might work next season.

However, save before the question asks you, so that the developers can see your save.

i'm in the exact same situation. I got the question, said yes, but nothing happened and it didn't unlock. Have also finished the season and it didn't unlock. Tried starting a new game, still nothing.

It happend with me around january. Than, at the end of the season, the question appered again, and it worked!
