I started out at Watford using a 4-1-2-1-2 formation but recently changed to this formation and tactics for the 2021/22 season and it has worked wonders for me.
I have won the league title in each of the last 3 seasons (2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21), Quarter Finals of the Champions League (2019/20), Semi Finals of the Champions League (2020/21), 1x Carabao Cup (2020/21) and 1x FA Cup (2020/21).
Andre Gray has been my top goalscorer in each season (except season 2021/22 so far) with 27 goals in seasons 2017/18 (34 games, 6 assists) and 2018/19 (40 games, 8 assists), he bagged 44 goals in 2019/20 (48 games, 7 assists) and 42 goals in season 2020/21 (54 games, 9 assists).
Currently unbeaten in all competitions in the season 2021/22 so far scoring 45 goals and conceding 3 (in competitive fixtures). I'm not sure if it is the calibre of players I now have that makes this work or if it is actually a really good tactic. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
