Just found a way to win the game with the opposition team that have overload mentality.

you can just set the team mentality to counter   tempo:slow   passing: short and mixed

Just test another two matches with the same team and managed to figure out a more consistent team instructions. Winger will be crucial to the 4231 Don't play with inside forward cuz you may lose your defense shape
