But now, I'm rearing to go!!!

Transfers 

Needed a good keeper with an nice pace stat as Buffon, was too old to perform the Sweeper Keeper role effectively. All players brought in were necessities apart from Sagna, Marcelo and Tillman, who were considered backups.

Everyone sold were considered surplus to requirements. Didn't fit the formation I had in mind. 

Awards and Trophies 

We won everything except the UCL, where Barca knocked us out and then put a jinx of bad form on us, unfortunately.

 

Dybala

I thought the goal tally was going to be more, but, the lack of goals coincided with the jinx Barca put on our team.

I was appointed manager in December, so I holidayed the few matches to the January window. Then set out to overhaul my squad as best as I could. 

Transfers

Sadly I deleted the screenshot I took off Transfers out. I sold Keita Balde and some others. Made some cool profits though.

As you've likely guessed, Mariano is going to be our striker for this next stage. Want him to get used to the surroundings and prepare to bag the goals next season.

No awards sadly. But though when I took over Monaco we were languishing in 9th place, we pipped PSG to the title on the last day. 

I did a bit of a player celebration though ?. Run through my home and shouting.

He almost broke the record even though he came to the club in January. Pretty much played almost every game though.

After having enough time for the team to gel this past season, I was ready to challenge the previous record set by Zlatan. 

Transfers 

Still needing key players to compete properly through out the season, we dipped into the market. Bought top quality players, landed a clever deal in Axel Witsel and bought Hot Prospect Lavezzi. 

Oh and I made lots of mad profits by the way.

I did expect a little bit more, though to be honest this is the first time I've scored 68 goals with one player on FMM (which is a great individual achievement for me seeing as I started playing the mobile version early this year).

Portugal

Welcome to the 3rd stage of the challenge. I'm reporting live from Portugal by the way. I'm here to give you a quick run down on how the season went.

Transfers

I arrived in Portugal few days before the close of the July/August window. So I couldn't make all my preferred signings at the time. Added the one's I could and waited for the January windows to snap up the others, including my choice striker for this stage.

Alessandro Rossi

It seems I'm getting better at this. Rossi was a great and instant fit to the team. More to come aye?

With the consistent performance (bar a two week injury), I expect Rossi to smash this challenge next season. I think I hear Spain calling already!

@BatiGoal yeah. I'm really enjoying Portugal, it seems easier to score there. And I have another little record I hope to break on the way. Pressure's off on that one though.

As weird as this might be, I decided to go out of the UCL to give my players enough rest and prep Rossi to smash them in.

@Taff  I really hope so. I had never played in the Portuguese league. Neither on the PC nor FMM, till now. It seems quite easier to bang in goals there. Thanks by the way.

That's a big score. Getting a nice total too if you manage to conquer the last stage. Sure you will hope there's a decent club in need of a manager.
