Help Strained relationship problem?

Noticed recently 2 of my defenders suddenly have strained relationship after 2 seasons together without a problem, anyway how to sort this out?

My solution for this usually is by releasing or selling the player that has a problem with 2 or more players So, just let your 2 defenders sort things up themselves, but as soon as the relationship problem spread to another player(& it could spread wildly to many players in a squad), ditch him/them.
