Hello guy i start my new career with athletico bilbao and when i try to make offer doesnt let me to make it can anyone help me how to fix

I think you can only buy Basque players with bilbao

It was the same for me.

 

i think the reason is: Athletic Bilbao stands for the policy of employing only players from either the Basque provinces of Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa, Álava and Navarra (all Spain), Labor, Soule and Lower Navarre (all of France) or in the youth of a football club from these provinces were trained. [1] Bilbao's players show great loyalty to the club and spend part of their entire career in the red and white jersey (Rojiblancos).

 

Maybe someone can confirm this ?

You have the option to search for basque players only.After some season you are going to see regens of some countries with second nationality of Pays Basque,the only club with juvenils from Pays Basque in the game is Athletic,the 100% juvenils gets this nationality.
