Chat January transfers

Hi guys.

I noticed in the 2017 section that some members released unofficial transfer updates for everyone to use. Is there an easy way to do these myself in 2018, or will I need to buy the in game editor?

Also, when does the official transfer update usually become available? Is it within a few weeks of the window closing?

Would imagine it will be end of Feb/ early March.
