• A good and fast striker with an average aerial attribute 
• Creative wide midfielders with a good crossing attribute 
• Good playmaker 
• Wingbacks with high pass attribute  and teamwork 
• Ball playing defender with a high pass, decision and teamwork

Don't you ever get the 'players were confused by unusual formation' feedback? I've tried a similar back four approach and had this all the time.

No I don't. 

But do you get this feedback in only one save or one club, or it happens in all your saves?

You only really get that feedback if your team play crap
