Prodigal Sons

What is this kts365 with a 1 season challenge? How novel.

As established in my last challenge, football has a family element to it. In this challenge we will explore the sons of former footballers. 

The Challenge

Basically you need to make a team of footballers sons and do as well as you can.

• Pick any team
• Demote/sell any non-sons
• Make a full team of sons (helpful list below)
• You have 1 season to score as many points as you can (points list below)

Points

1. Take your league points tally
2. Add your goal difference
3. Extra 50 points for league win
4. Extra 35 for 2nd place
5. Extra 25 for 3rd place
6. Extra 15 for 4th place
7. Extra 10 for 5th place
8. 30 points for top league scorer
9. 30 points for top league assists
10. 30 points for young player of the year (not "players player")
11. 30 points for player of the year (not "players player"

12. 50 points for European player of the year 

Rules 

• May only use "sons"
• Must have a starting 11 before the first competitive game
• No cheating/reloading etc.
• Must have proof of score for the leaderboard

Yep, USA. Shaun is 36yo so could be his last FMM inclusion, and Bradley is 32yo.

I think Rob Lee has two sons that play for Luton. Heard about it when Newcastle played them in the cup.

Me and @Ashez created a Sons XI a couple of years ago. From that list there's Liam Rosenior, Sergio Busquets, Diego Poyet, and the dos Santos brothers are sons of Zizinho.

Sounds cool. In a side note I always like to tell people that prodigal means wasteful. Mostly because I’m a pedant but also because people seem to think it means someone who has returned home. You could maybe have a second league table with the worst performing hence prodigal son. ?
