Week 2 Results

Sorry for the delay in revealing this weeks results but family matters had to take precedence yesterday.

Answers 

Capacities are taken from Wikipedia. 

Europe: Stadio Olimpico in San Marino which is home to San Marino Calcio. Capacity 6,664

Africa: Borg El-Arab Stadium in Egypt which is home to Al Ahly, Al ittihad and Smouha. Capacity: 86,000

Asia: May Day stadium in North Korea which is home to April 25 Sports Club FC. Capacity: 114,000 (has the largest capacity in the world)

North America / Central America / Caribbean: Azteca Stadium in Mexico which is home to Club America. Capacity:87,000

South America: Hernado Siles Stadium in Bolivia which is home to Club Bolivar, The Strongest and La Paz FC. Capacity:41,143 

Oceania: ANZ Stadium in Fiji which is home to Suva FC. Capacity: 19,000

What do these stadiums have in common on fmm? You can't manage the clubs that call them home.

Total capacity: 353,807

Sorry I was in a rush and forgot that but the answer is on there now. @Titjes also gets an extra point as he answered combined capacity correctly.

Take a look at this map of Europe.

I want to know the 10 football clubs that are marked on the map. Some of the cities have more than one club but I am after one specific club from that city. All these clubs have at least one thing in common that you can use to decide which club I am after. Not all the cities marked have more than one top flight club.

  • Name the club: 1 point per club
  • What do they all have in common: 1 point

Clue: All the clubs play in there respective countries top division.

The mid-week quiz keeps going from strength to strength as we had a whole three entries this week:laugh:

The thing all these clubs had in common is that they have a shade of blue as there home kit colour.

The VCT has been quite time consuming so I didnt have time to do anything this week + only 3 entries last time makes me wonder if it is worth continuing. Maybe be another round this week or next week.

Glad someone missed it this week anyway:laugh:
