The Mid-week Quiz

Welcome to this new idea that I want to trial, if successful in this first week I want to try and do this every week.

I will pose a series of questions either related to FMM or real football for you guys to answer and we will have a leader board as well so you can all keep track of your scores and add a competitive element.

If successful the quiz will be in this thread every week and I will create an index on this OP to each weeks questions. 

Rules   

• Answer as many of the questions as you can.
• Please don't post answers in the comments. 
• You don't have to compete every week to be eligible for the leaderboard but of course it will give you more chance to win if you do.
• All questions are worth 1 point unless stated otherwise. 
• PM me with your answers. If you already have a PM chat active with me please use that to save message space.
• All entries to be with me by 12.00pm UK time Saturday 24th Feb.
• Answers and results will be out at some point over the weekend.
• Have fun.

Week 1 Questions

1.Who am I?

I wasn't born in mainland Portugal but I am considered one of the greatest players from that nation.

I have scored over 700 goals in my career.

I have played for clubs in Portugal, U.S.A and Canada

2.Who am I?

I was born in Barbados.

I started my career in English non league.

I played for amongst others Dundee Utd, Maritimo and Gil Vicente

Good question around 6 or 7 so far.

I could pin it but we have a lot of content pinned and it would be better to see if this takes off on its own steam.

Really? I thought the questions were fairly easy. The players I knew because I’d recently played with a couple of them and the other one had standout attributes

Thank you to everyone who took part. I had 9 entries in the end which is great and I hope you will all stick with it next week.

1. Eusebio. The great Portuguese striker was top scorer in the 1966 world cup and is considered one of the all time great strikers.
2. Peter Hinds. Its seems most of you read my short article about FMM17's oldest player.  
3. Alex Telles. Porto's Brazilian left wing back.
4. Bas Dost. Dutch striker who plays for Sporting
5. Krovinovic. Croatian play maker at Benfica

I also feel this should be marked in success rate rather than total.

I only guessed the ones to do with Eusebio, so 1/1 for me and 100%

We are going to take a trip around the world this week via 6 football stadiums.

Name the stadium: 1 point (if the stadium has a couple of different names I will accept either)

Name a club that plays there: 1 point

Bonus questions:

What is the combined capacity of all these stadiums? My decision on this is final based on the info I have. 1 Point

What do all these stadiums have in common on FMM? 1 point
