Help Adding player faces

Hi guys. Despite every face pack out there, there are still some players with missing game faces (Matt O'Riley, Willem Geubbels).Therefore, I have tried to add their faces on my own from sortitoutsi.net. However, my efforts are to no avail. What went wrong? Much help appreciated.

Geubbels was in the very first pack I downloaded from the site, around December that was

That's weird. I download every face pack including the update.

Strange, I think I downloaded the first and then the updated one a few weeks later
