with the new transfer update logos disappearing. old logos were lost. When will the logo update be coming?

I resetted my phone and tried to download my graphic again but nothing works no matter where i put it

I have the same issue too, but it was only affected the national emblems, and two nations' flag (namely Crimea and Palestine).

Finally find out the reason why the logos after the update are not showing up. 

You need to delete the folder "Cache" from the "Application Support" folder. Once that is done, the app will take longer to load as it need to refresh all the files, then all your logos and faces would show up for sure.
