Chat Team report negatives

Is anyone know what's the meaning of this negativity? And how to fix it?

From bottom up:

1. Ignore the 'lacking depth' parts if you have enough players at GK and LB. Donnarumma is very good, but I usually have three players in each position.

2. Go to 'Player Search' --> 'Attributes' and look for players with 'Passing' and/or 'Decisions'>15. 

3. Professionalism and Determination are more hidden, but players with good Decisions, Leadership, Teamwork and Stamina tend to be more professional and determined. Another way is to see the player traits of each player (Bottom right of player profile) but that is more time-consuming.

Is changing the coach will give an effect? Like changing the youth coach with motivational coach?

Don't think so. Coaching has a minimal effect on the game, the best way is to get players with good Passing, Decisions and Technique as they are good for your team. Scouting can identify Professional players but it's not reliable.

The negative reports don’t seem to effect my teams too much as long as you have decent facilities and quality team. It seems they always find some negatives even if you win League, cups and Europe and return same team or even better one. Think it’s just so players don’t get bored if it had 0 negatives and just says your team is awesome!? The hidden attributes you can’t change some as they are hidden and can’t search better player as can’t see certain attributes seems like professionalism, determination , and big matches always pop up and I can’t fix it with training ..

Take all this with a pinch of salt

You will get lack of depth even for positions you don't use. Use the report as a general guidance, but don't aim to clear everything out. It's nearly impossible!

Interesting on how you chose an arrival from more than a year ago but yes.In fact training this year is more important.With heavy intensity comes better and possibly quicker progress however with a higher chance of injury and vice versa.Training helps up your players but I figured you would already know that.
