Help Players adaptation to train new positions

How do I know which players I can train to play new positions?

I've tried to train a lot of players in new positions but with no or very limited success.

I know this may be a stupid question but I'm relatively new to FMM.

Their aptitude should appear when you load the position retraining screen (poor or none aptitude means they're extremely unlikely to successfully re-train)

I did retrain many players with poor aptitude, but it takes a long time and sometimes they're definitely unhappy about it.

Your scout report will give you hints on whether they are adaptable too

When you re-train a player, can that position become a natural (bright green), to go alongside their other position, or will it just go dark green?

It goes up to natural (light green)
